Received the Halloween Box and loved it so much. I’m big into Halloween and miniature’s, so this was so satisfying to make. I also purchased the house mold and made it the mausoleum.

Waste of money.
I got this as a gift for my wife. Couldn't have gone worse. She was very excited about it, but was let down starting the very first month. Several, including the first, months kits came very late, like the next month.. Two kits molds came broken out of the twelve we got, so those months we didn't even get to do. I guess the only non-complaint is even the late stuff did eventually show up. Also, the Facebook page is ridiculous according to my wife. The lady running it gets super mad if you complain on there.

I am sorry your experience was less than stellar. Prior to this review, I was unaware that your plan had any issues. Please email [email protected] so I can replace any faulty molds.
Regarding shipping delays-
Craft Kitsune features exclusive supplies. There can be unforeseen production delays. I do communicate these out via email. However, I know that these delays can be frustrating and I do apologize.
Regarding the broken molds-
please email in to let know which molds they are. I will replace any broken molds for free. Subscribers can email in after receiving their kit(s) if they need a replacement or have any issues. At any time, you can email in and I always do my best to deliver excellent customer support (sending replacements, reshipping lost packages, etc).
Regarding the Facebook group -
I am the only employee and owner of Craft Kitsune. As such, I also manage the private Facebook group. There are posts recently with criticisms about a particular mold, experience, etc. I let them stay and answer any questions as best as I can. Then, I use the feedback to improve. I am wondering if you wife is thinking about another Facebook group.
I truly believe in treating everyone with kindness. The most important thing in my business are my customers/subscribers. This business is not only my livelihood but an extension of myself.
Please let me know about the molds and if there is anything else I can clarify.

This is an excellent crafting service. Highly recommended. They mostly do resin (which is why I joined), but have also, on occasion added other types of crafting. The materials provided are great, and worth the money.

I bought this lamp thinking it would…
I bought this lamp thinking it would cure my pieces faster ... it doesn't. The light is much weaker than the smaller lamp. End up curing even small items 4xs as much.
