Above and Beyond Customer Service
Excellent customer service and very good products! I am a beginner and feel confident after exchanging emails with Carol in Customer Service. And I received the wrong pincushion and she sent me the correct one....no problem!

Great Experince!
I’m really happy with this embroidery kit! The quality is great, and everything was packaged nicely. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and were able to give me an estimated delivery date, which was very helpful. It ended up arriving in time for me to take it along on my road trip, and I’m looking forward to working on it during the drive. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely order from them again.

Fantastic Customer Service!
An outstanding experience - why? The initial shipment was lost by the carrier, I immediately reached out to the company directly. They promptly investigated, spoke with the carrier right away. While the package could not be located, CraftHoop sent a replacement straight away. I would absolutely order from them again. And? The products are beautiful and I can’t wait to get started.
