We do not get to go out to eat much but when we do we would like good food and good custumer service from our waitress , we visited the cracker barrel on 77 in Attalla,Al. On thursday Sept. 10th 2020 , we waited for over 30 minutes for our food and when it did finally come out it was so bad we took it home and the animals would not even touch it, but our waitress brought our food throwed the ticket on the table and walked off and we did not see her again we sat there with our glasses empty and food that we could not eat .

We loved the food, service, and atmosphere in the Couer D'Alene Cracker Barrel restaurant in Idaho! We would totally recommend it to anyone who has one near them. They catered well to my brother's allergy-related food limitations, and the manager was even willing to go and cook something special. Thank you!

I’m a little disappointed because a mistake happened with my to-go order that leaves me amiss as to why? My order was placed in store, to go and contained 1 entree and 1 drink with a side of corn muffins. I noticed immediately my drink was not correct, but it looked fancy and I figured an summertime lemonade wouldn’t hurt me to try....(should have taken that second to double check). I arrived home, my bag was tied shut and just visibly looked like it was complete from the outside. Get home, entree missing and then big tied bag contained muffins, silverware jelly and a ketchup side of gravy?🤷🏼‍♀️🙇🏼‍♀️ Oh boy...However, they were very nice when I called and the manager had no problem getting me my order...should I wish to go back. It’s a credit he was willing to let me rectify tomorrow instead. The staff was very friendly at every contact. However, from appearance and experience the “ToGo” situation appears ineffective and unnecessarily complicated between staff and customers who are trying to pay(dining in),order and pay for their togos and the store purchases. The front operations would be a lot easier if they had more than one caahier (dinner on a Friday💁‍♀️) and the staff was also able to take orders and process out pickups. This is also an area I noticed zero distancing between customers and an excess of employees in and out of an extremely small area...CB I see you, can do better 🤗😉👀 for each other most importantly. Rn they have servers from the main dining floor being called to receive takeout orders, at least it appears this way. I’m still dumbfounded by this mistake because someone else from the kitchen brought my order out and described how they had packed it up, so I knew how to make it home without spilling or overturned food 🤯. Too many hands in the hat! Like I said the services were so kind and the manager had been willing to correct it immediately, I just didn’t have time or desire to make it there again tonight. I’m glad they were as busy as it was though, awesome to see families out enjoying great meals together again. The country store let me out kindly, only purchased a few magnets but they have a gorgeous jean vest I wouldn’t be mad to see on sale tomorrow 🙋🏼‍♀️🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I always order the same. Last 5 orders of my meal the steak is bloody. I have complained many times ands still get the same result 5 orders in 6 weeks and 3 orders had to be returned. Tried calling corporate office, but never an answer. Now I will go to health department and show them so they can site the place for not properly cook food right

Best place in Hickory to get a family meal. I always feel right at home when we visit our local Cracker Barrel which is usually every Friday night. Fish Fry Friday there is the BEST! Come in and try it for yourself. I hope you love it as much as I do. :)

I went to a Cracker Barrel in Little Rock ,AR on shackleford road the food was good the restaurant employees were nice . But i over heard a DM talking down to and making fun of a manager in the gift shop in front of a group of employees then the employees started doing it , it was the most childish horrible thing i ever saw. I will never go back there again. I saw the lady when i checked out she was in tears i asked her to call the main office to turn her in sadly to say she said she has and so has others before her but nothing has ever been done you think the main office would look in to her she is repensating there business and is making it look like a horrible place to work.I will not recommend eating at that location .

I wish there was a Cracker Barrel near me. The food is hot and fresh. Wonderful biscuits and gravy. The best part to me is the gift shop when you walk in. I'm always finding something new.
