*Update* Corp called. Had good conversation & apologizes. Satisfied issue was check, everything good, thanks Bad fish. Didn’t smell or taste bad just wasn’t fresh. Hush puppies were very dark like old oil. 3 hours after eating bowels rumbled bad and the end result wasn’t pretty.

I can't complain about the service; however, the food is not worth going back for. We stopped for breakfast-the portions were small and the sausage and the gravy were not that appetizing-some kind of weird taste. We were sorry that we didn't drive another 20 miles to a family restaurant that had larger portions for considerably less money.

Cracker Barrel Florida City Fl. Don't ever use your credit card or debit card here. One month ago I called and ordered food for pick up. When I came home with it some of my order was missing. I called and advised them some of my order was missing. They said they would credit me they never did. On 03/12/2021 I had breakfast there and I used my debit card this time and there was an error on the bill and it was brought to attention of the manager and he stated it would be credited back to the account. One week later still did not get credited to my account. Went back and spoke to the manager Jennifer Parker she said she would call the home office and resolve the issue. 11days later still have not received my credit. Please use cash because they will never fix the problem.

The gentlemen checked the kitchen, checked up front, and the kitchen again. He determined my order must have been giving to someone else. He offered to retake my order, but I was too pissed off to wait any longer. NO ONE inquired about why I was just standing around the hostess stand, The waitress who took my order walked by at least 3x so she didn't recognize that my order was missing. EXTREMELY poor service and I left and at ate McDonalds. At least I got my order there.

No problem getting a table but getting a waitress took forever ! And Brianna was not friendly at all . We actually got up and left . Not coming back to Cracker Barrel any time soon . I will stay home and eat peanut butter and jelly ! Thanks but no thanks !

Called twice to place a to go order and was put on hold both times and no one ever picked back up.

I just went to cracker barrel for lunch 3/15/21 Friday. Any way the wait was long ok I don't mine waiting as long if I don't faint. I ordered grilled catfish it was delicious, pen to beans were cold corn muffins were cold n dry. Coleslaw was delicious. I also ordered a pudding clustered pie crust was cold. Meal was 17.99 manager discounted pie. I'm going to think very hard before going again. Prices are too high n not up to par.

Me and my husband went to the Destin Cracker Barrel for breakfast not too long ago. The service was amazing food was good, however the manager “smitty” was not very friendly. He came to our table and started to be extremely rude to us. As a local and a veterans wife I’ve never had anybody show me so disrespect. Will never go back.
