VICKSBURG 1 pm This was awful! Spent 1 hour just ordering. We ordered and FOUR TIMES they were out of our requests. Coffee cold, no biscuits while we waited. 1.5 hours later we got the 5 the thing we ordered. Love cracker barrel but this was far below par!!!

Food was tasty. No straws. Waitress dropped glasses and glass flew across the room. Slow service.

went there for the first time and it was better than i thought from the look of the place to the food. for the look, think of an old time small town country store put into a restaurant (and yes there is a store in the restaurant). as for the food, my mouth is still thanking me for the food. i had the "chicken fried chicken" with gravy, french fries, mashed potatoes and biscuits sides. i always thought that KFC had the best chicken until i ate the chicken here. i'm going back as soon as i can

Been going there for over 30 years. Get the same breakfast. Yesterday the waitress was cheery but did not offer more drink, see if all ok, and forgot a side. My breakfast was not the cheese I asked for and chicken tenders( not the chicken fried chicken I like) was rubbery and old tasting. Left most of my breakfast. Waitress did not even ask if I wanted to take it home.... Not that I would have. First time ever dissatisfied. Sick today because of what I did eat. A few bites for 14 dollars😰🤑

This is just a general Cracker Barrel review. I tried to use the balance of an e gift card today sent to me from Cracker Barrel previously from bad service. But the balance was zero. I would not have went there if it weren’t for using the gift card. Again the service wasn’t that great. I think I’m going to stop going there.

Service was amazing! The servers name was jess. She refilled our drinks, food was fast, i couldnt even finish cause it was so good! When we asked for to go refills she already filled them up! I ordered huckleberry tea and a burger. I’m definitely coming here again! <3

Ordered 2 roast beef dinners. Mashed potatoes were gray, hard and cold. The meat was very tender but NO GRAVY. Biscuits were soft and good. Portions of sides were small. I think the cooks need to look at the pictures of what the food should look like before they send it out. Very disappointed in the meal. Won't be going back and not worth $12.00 a plate. Quality of food and service has gone down considerably.

My wife and I went to the Cracker Barrel in Portland , Maine. First thing we notice was a rat by the front door and rocking chairs. We were seated right away by the host. Our waitress took 15 minutes to acknowledge us even though it was early and not busy. Once our order was placed it took another 1/2 hour to get our meal. Again it was not busy. My breakfast arrives with burnt sausages , the tiniest of eggs , and a small helping of hash browns. We didn't get a refill of coffee until we had finished and had to get another waitress to find our waitress to get our check. I'm done with Cracker Barrel. We traveled a lot down south and always sought out a Cracker Barrel to eat at . Just a heads up don't stop at the one in Portland , Maine.
