My wife and I went their for lunch and I ordered chicken and dumplings very very salty and cold. water had a really bad taste to it and the waitress said it was because of the fields outside,no way. got a latte and it tasted the same as well as my wifes Diet Coke. the waitress asked if I wanted anything else so I ordered a cheeseburger thought they wouldn't mess that up. it was served dry and burnt with no flavor.I will never go back to Cracker Barrel again.

I go to the Cracker Barrel in Kissimmee, Fl store CBO 151 every week. Nancy who is fantastic, Barbara and Delite treat me like family always. They always greet me and make a big fuss over me which is so sweet. They work in retail. They always make my day. These employees are outstanding and an asset to your store and company...Margie Wilkins

Bad food... Roast beef and potatoes was cold and stringy. I wrote a review and they responded by sending a coupon for a free dessert. What a joke! We spent around $100.00 on substandard meals and now you want me to come back to get a free dessert. NO THANKS! I'm done with Cracker Barrel.

I had my worst experience ever at the Cracker Barrell in Trussville, AL. Close to Chalkville Mountain Road. After a prolonged wait, of nobody even coming to get my drink order. I got up twice trying to get an employee to find someone to take my order. Finally, an employee came to take my order. Then, I had another prolonged wait, again I had to get up and find someone to check about my food order. The manager that I complained to said, the waiter was first day, snd another employee didn't come in. Really disappointing experience

6/31/22, I order the Memorial Day Family Meal, Southern Fried Chicken at the Cracker Barrel in Horn Lake ,MS, it was horrible the fried chicken was hard and not fresh and fried in old oil it was very brown almost burnt. The green bean had some corn in it. The meal seem like it was just thrown together. I didn't take it back because it would have taken to long because I had guest over to eat, we had to prepare something to eat. I am very disappointed what a waste of my money and time.

I went there 3 weeks ago and the service was horrible. The server brought out burnt hard biscuits. I asked for some more and she asked what was wrong with those. I looked at her & 20 seconds later she came back with fresh, better looking biscuits. Once we finally got our food after waiting for a long time, I had to ask her 3X for more syrup. She was very hesitant and didn't want to. She never came back to ask if we needed anything else. But, she asked the table next to us if they needed anything. I refused to leave her a tip and I hope she finds another job. She was a very tall woman and wasn't friendly at all.

What a clown operation horrible service manager even worse. Won’t being going back

Restaurant was clean and staff efficient and friendly. That is where the compliments end. Coffee was lukewarm - even replacement cups were not hot. Old Timers breakfast came with undercooked bacon (server said they "blanche" bacon and only crisp it upon request) and fried eggs came out looking poached - snow white, gelatin like, and tasteless. Bacon was not the "thick cut" advertised and even after recooking was still not crisp. Very disappointing
