Food quality....

The waitress was nice but the food was not. The steak was tough. The baked potatoes we paid extra for, were cold!!! Slow service because not enough kitchen help. Our anniversary dinner and were disappointed. Morganton NC location. Won't go back. $80.00 for 4 people.

The pot roast is awful, pieces of scrap beef with a nasty marinade after taste, thought I was chewing on leather. Bring back the Roast beef!!!!!

If you cannot serve all people then you do not deserve to be in business. I will never eat at a cracker barrel again, nor will I purchase any items cracker barrel sells in stores.

I went for the early dinner special for $8.99 but I was too early, so the waitress suggested the lunch special. The lunch was NO special. I got a smaller portion and paid MORE than if I had waited for the dinner special. When asked about the difference, the manager told me that was the way it was. No worries about satisfied customers there and I won’t be going back!

I would give 0 stars but then I couldn’t write this review. I can’t believe that a Cracker Barrel in Maryland (or anywhere else in the world) would refuse service to a group of special needs students on a field trip. I find that appalling and totally unacceptable. I am hereby boycotting Cracker Barrel restaurants and urge all parents and families to do the same. My wife and I have custody of our special needs granddaughter who is wheel chair bound with CP. Our outtings used to include lunch at Cracker Barrel, but that will no longer happen until Cracker Barrel removes management that perpetuated this injustice.

Went to cracker barrel for thanksgiving to go box. Horrible meal went into the trash, watery sweet potatoes were pureed, green beans like it went through a blender, fatty turkey, no roll or cranberrry sauce, 16 dollars wasted for this crappy disgusting meal. Went there for their highly advertised fried turkey on Thanksgiving. They had a limited menu and were out of things on their limited menu including the fried turkey. Server told us they only had five servings to start the day. Ridiculous. Started serving it 2 weeks before and ran out. Management should be fired. Oh and BTW your country fried steak is gross. No wonder you weren't out of it. Ruined our Thanksgiving. Will do Chinese next year.
