I got good info. For what i needed but it took way to long to get someone to answer the phone. I waited almost half hour to speak to a rep. And then waited to talk to a tech. Over all I was on the phone for over an hour and it only took 15 min. Or less to make my order.

I ordered an intercooler last saturday night, asked for two day shipping to ensure it would be here during the week for a pull the next saturday. got a call monday that it comes straight from the manufacturer so cant do two day shipping just standard. So i figured okay maybe it will still be here later in the week. Friday i get a call that it was shipped to cpp instead of straight to me. So then i was a little upset with cpp, i didn't get it in time. I specifically wrote in the comments section when i ordered that i needed this for the next saturday for a pull, and that if there would be a problem to give me a call and see what we can do. I did more research and the manufacturer frozen boost offers more than just standard shipping. Little dissapointed that cpp didnt offer me quicker shipping through them considering i specifically wrote in the comments that i needed it for the next saturday. Just dissapointed with the customer service. ***Update*** The owner himself got in contact with me, and resolved the situation. Seems to take pride in his business and strives for customer satisfaction.I understand stuff happens,Will do business with cpp again.

Been dealing with Jamie for over 3years had a major part fail and I contacted Jamie for advice to get part fixed. I did buy the part from him and with no questions asked. Get a reponse I'll take care of it. Completely blown away by the answer. Jamie stuck to his word made sure I had tracking info and even helped me out getting other parts that's where needed to get me up and running. I'm very pleased knowing I have that kind of support. Couldn't ask for anything more. Keep up the good work
