Large selection awesome prices

Very simple to order. You had what we needed. Chose 2 day delivery.

i put a order in with the assumption of them being relitively close to me, i would receive items quick, this was not the case, 4 simple items were drop shipped from all over the US. i received 1 tracking number and informed my customer that the parts would arrive on that say, well, 1 tracking number was for 1 item, not all 4, if i knew you were a drop ship company, i would have never had bought from you. needless to say, the worst shipping experience i have ever had when ordering parts. their prices are decent, but plan on multiple shipments for 1 order and don't assume everything is in one package.

I ordered 2 simple fittings last Friday the 5th of May. I called Monday to check order status and was told that the order was shipped that day due to the late order on Friday. The representative said it would take 3-5 days to arrive. I assumed it would have been here by Wednesday or Thursday which was not the case. I called today twice and was on hold for twenty minutes and got tired of waiting. I never thought ordering two fittings would have been this hard to get. I'm not sure I would ever order anything from CPP again. So today is Monday and still no fittings or tracking number. In the last email from Jammie at CPP he said that my fittings should be here between Thursday and Monday. I have been on hold for over 25 minutes to get an update and its now past 5 o'clock which by now there closed. So after talking to Jammie at CPP he explained that there was a miscommunication between the supplier, CPP and myself. It was a relief to finally understand what happened. Jammie the owner of CPP made it right and I appreciate that. I'll be ordering from CPP in the future.

Fast shipping and good product will buy again
