Don’t fear the setup
We have only been using the SoClean for a week, but once we got over our initial fear of setting it up (thank you YouTube), it really seems to be the promised simplicity of use

Hi Mary Jo - we are very sorry about the delay with this order. We handed it off to USPS on 12/6 and they obviously took their time getting that to you. Normally, they are quite good, but recently we've seen a spike in delayed packages. I wish there was something we could do. I will be making an adjustment to your order which you should see shortly. Looks like it was delivered 12/18.

Capap direct shipped right away.However I paid for 2Day priority shipping and the package took almost 3 weeks to arrive.

Hi Robert - We are very sorry for that delay in getting the item to you. We handed it off to USPS on 12/4 and it would seem their logistics channel was not able to deliver until 12/14. Far too long and something I wish we could control. I will be making an adjustment to your order which you should see shortly. COVID and the holidays has really taxed our carriers.
