She answered all my questions and is a wonderful customer service representative for your company. I answer phones all day and would love it if all my contacts were as pleasant and helpful as she is!

CPAP.com are always reliable when it comes to products sales. but dealing with problem resolution is the true test of customer support. In my case, the customer service rep, Camyatta, did an outstanding job providing information, assistance, and just as important empathy, with respect to my concerns about the recall of Philips Respironics ventilation equipment. This is an ongoing manufacturer's problem, no fault of CPAP.com, but Camyatta and her team have been helpful and provide reliable follow-up keeping me informed.

Steven is a strong asset to your company, very compassionate, caring and helpful in getting my order placed. May not seem a big deal to some, but my phillips machine was a recall, and ordered to quit using immediately, leaving me without a cpap which I use every night and depend on. Thank You Steven, you will never know what a difference you made, but I always will. Employees can make or break a company, you made the extra mile seem like a sprint.

I had ordered a travel CPAP and needed the battery pack which was on backorder. I had been assured that my 15 % discount would be valid when I got the battery. It was finally available and I called in and Tiania was able to see the discount promise and applied it to save me over $50! AND the battery will ship the same day I ordered it! Very impressive. Wonderful customer service from Lane (initially) and Tiania (today). The front line people make or break companies. CPAP.com - I hope you know how lucky you are to have such great people!
