Brandy was extraordinarily helpful. Unbeknownst to me, I had purchased my original ResMed AirMini from the cpapshop.com. Brandy couldn't find my email address in your files. When I looked at the physical receipt and recited the name of the store she offered to help me find their address. Instead I bought the humidifiers from your store because she was patient and helpful.

I was returning Carol's call. Carol was busy, but Brandi researched and said she could help. She resolved all of my issues and re-established the order. I had ordered a mask which was unable to be delivered to NC because its a prescription item. However, Brandi explained I could order it in pieces and all would be OK. She revised the order to give me what I originally requested, but in a way that your company could fill the order. It has been on hold for 2 weeks.
