If you have any problem with shipping CPAP won’t help you. CPAP said 3-5 days to ship to my address. That’s great. After two weeks I had not received my two expensive orders so I call them and they say it will be another two weeks because it’s sitting in California. I really need these supplies now. They won’t make it right. They only offer for me to contact fedex and work it out myself. To pay more money to get it sooner. Unbelievable! I asked if they could expedite the items in a new order, and I would return the other order when it arrived. They said no. Unbelievable! Don’t trust what CPAP says. They don’t back their own words.

Defective ResMed AirSense 10’s and so-so customer service and TERRIBLE warranty evaluation via ResMed
I purchased a ResMed AirSense 10 from CPAP.com about a year ago. The purchase was easy and fast. About a month into use, it started to smell of smoke. It took me several months to return it, which is on me. The return process was straightforward. They sent the AirSense to ResMed, which returned it back to CPAP.com without repair, stating that their extensive warranty evaluation didn’t reveal a defect. After receiving the AirSense after about 2 months (that’s how long the warranty evaluation process takes, which left me without a CPAP for that time), it still smelled of smoke. When I approached CPAP.com about the ongoing issue, they revealed that they WERE ABLE TO REPRODUCE THE BURNING SMELL prior to sending the unit to ResMed, which means they returned a CPAP to me that they knew was defective. To add to all this: in the meantime, I just couldn’t go without a CPAP machine, so I purchased ANOTHER AirSense 10 from CPAP.com. To their credit, CPAP.com offered me a small discount for my trouble. Shortly after starting with the 2nd AirSense, it began to smell of smoke! I reached out to CPAP.com customer service, again, let them know of my situation, but didn’t hear back from them over two business days. I know most AirSense 10 users don’t experience an electrical burning smell, but I did, confirmed by CPAP.com’s own testing. Now, I’m in it for the cost of two AirSense 10’s without a usable CPAP and without a clear path to a working CPAP (due to how long the warranty evaluation process takes) for what looks like another 2 months. A really frustrating experience with CPAP.com and ResMed.
UPDATE
I asked CPAP.com to take back the two defective AirSense 10's, refund the 1st, and provide another new or refurbished AirSense 10 or another brand of CPAP or take the machines back and provide me a refund. The opted for the latter, so I'll send them back for a refund. Somewhat cryptically, they indicated that I shouldn't purchase another ResMed AirSense 10 because I'd likely have the same experience. The conclusion I'm drawing is that there could be numerous AirSense 10's out there with this same problem, and that ResMed must be returning them without repair upon warranty evaluation for an electrical burning smell. If this is the case, it's scarier than Halloween, for sure. Regardless, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
TLDR:
Buyer beware: you might get a defective ResMed AirSense 10 that blows electrical-smoke, have to wait 2 months for a warranty evaluation, and still have the problem after it's returned to you.

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service, as in nonexistent. Do not pay for upgraded shipping, they will sit on your order for days before fulfilling despite claiming it is in stock. They will not respond to email inquiries, period. I have since moved on and order from one of their competitors and have been super pleased however, I was not paying attention when I was in a rush to get out the door and placed an order with Cpap.com recently and sure enough, same really bad experience.

Worst customer service experience
Worst customer service experience I've ever come across. After making a purchase I was unable to access a copy of the receipt from the website. Contacted customer service and, after 10 min of questions and verification, was told to send an email requesting a receipt. Perplexed as to why I had to be verified, only to then be told to send an email, the rep told me "a receipt would be in the box". Promptly canceled the order and I will never return.

Buyer Beware-Air Mini
Purchased Resmed Airmini with F20 and F30 mask hose/elbow. My first use of the Mini was about 6 weeks after purchase. I brought both my Airsense 11 and the AirMini on vacation. First night on AirMini with F30 mask (same settings as I use on AIrsense 11 at home) I woke up about 2 hours later and checked my blood oxygen...it was 85 percent! Switched to AirSense11 and oxygen returned to 97 percent where it should be. Rechecked all hoses (new), connections, mask, settings etc. and repeated for the second night of sleep. Same thing happened. Called CPAP.com to talk about getting machine checked or returned and was told CPAP.com would not take it back and would not help to resolve problem and to call ResMed. Called Resmed and Resmed said, in essence, tough luck, you need to talk to CPAP.com. Zero help, zero customer support for this health threatening condition of low blood oxygen when using the AirMini.
Update: Contacted by CPAP.com customer service and try some additional "testing" to determine next steps.
I went back to the AirMini standard setup (use of supplied hose and mask attachment for AIrMini specifically). Blood oxygen went back to normal level but noise through the vent in the mask attachment was such that I found it difficult to sleep. Nothing can be done to rectify the noise problem so until ResMed fixes this problem, be aware before you buy.
