I want to commend Katherine. I had a problem with my order, I was leaving the country in 2 days, and the correct equipment had to go with me. Katherine explained everything to me very clearly, she made an adjustment on the equipment, and I received it just in time. She was smart, professional, witty, helpful and she should get a raise.

Great products and great service. I spoke with Heath R today about a mistake I made on a transaction yesterday. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He quickly took care of issue for me. I have called CPAP.com several times in the last month and every person I dealt with was incredibly helpful and nice. I wish I’d started keeping track earlier, but LaLa, Felicia, and Ashley were wonderful in helping me return and exchange a product!
