Heath was very helpful with my purchase on the phone today. He helped me make sure I was getting the right size nasal mask and then made the ordering easy. The customer service for this company has been excellent. I also love their web site with the videos and guides.

World Class Customer service.
I make ~80-90% of my purchases online so I speak with a bit of contrasting background when I say I have not yet come across a customer service as responsive and accommodating as cpap.com. World class indeed - 5 stars.

Great help from Heath via Chat
I just received my ResMed Airstart 10 from CPAP.com. I had a couple of questions about its setup up. I was able to talk with Heath via chat at their website even though it was 9:00 PM and he quickly and efficiently answered my questions and allowed me to set up the machine the way I wanted. I was very impressed! I have been dealing with CPAP.com for about 8 years now and continue to be very pleased.
