I have been a big fan of CPAP.com since the beginning over 10 years ago and have never been disappointed. Without fail, the products were easy to find and buy on the website, reminders for reorder were timely and unobtrusive, prices were good especially during frequent sales, and deliveries were always as promised. On the rare occasion that I contacted customer support, they were extremely knowledgable and friendly. Every business should work as well as CPAP.com!!!

I can’t say enough about their knowledge and customer service. I chose to start my search with my insurance provider’s list of in network companies. After spending an hour being shuffled around to various companies who were on the list, but did not actually sell machines, I finally found two that did. Each company representative did not know anything about the machines or the accessories. I gave up and went back to CPAP.COM. Heath was helpful and knowledgeable. We went through all of my questions and placed the complete order in under 15 minutes. Even better was that they were cheaper than my in network providers

CPAP.com is the company to use for all CPAP machines and supplies. Reasonable prices and great service. Customer service across the board was just excellent - but I have to stop to thank Karla, who demonstrated professionalism, patience, and empathy through a complicated medical scrip process. Very helpful with all my needs.

I went to CPAP.com and used the Chat feature to chat with La Toya, then I called CPAP.com and spoke to Heath. Both people were very helpful and they helped me select the proper equipment and helped me submit my prescription. They offered me a great price and free shipping on top of that! I plan on doing all of my CPAP shopping at CPAP.com.

I had shopped on-line at night but decided I would benefit from talking with a representative. The devices are expensive & I wanted to make sure I was getting everything I would need in a single order. I spoke with Carol M today & hit the jackpot. She was a great listener & asked questions to make sure she was recommending the best product for my needs. She also asked about my interest in signing up for emails in order to save 15%. YES! She explained about all the emails I would be receiving & their importance (or if I needed to pay special attention. She offered to request the Rx from my doctor. She made everything easy & gave me confidence in my choice. My doctor had recommended the item I ordered & this specific company & I am glad he did. Great service!
