CozzyhomesReviews of cozzyhomes.com

This is a scam did not check and when I read reviews there were no good ones essentially they stole the payment

Scam scam scam. I ordered a quilt with elaborate design and stitching. I was sent a piece of fabric with a cheaply printed bee on it. I did not receive what I ordered. I submitted a complaint through pay pal and I receive an email from cozzyhomes asking me to drop the dispute. I did not. They gave me a partial refund. Crazy they expect me to still pay for a product that I did not order.

Rip off! Consumer Beware! I ordered 2 quilts 2 months and 9 days ago, never received them! 18 days ago I emailed them to ask what the problem was and they said to give them some time to figure out what the issue was. Fastforward to today... still no response. Today I asked for a refund... I bet now they will say it's already been sent out to avoid giving my almost $300 back. According to all other reviews... if I do get it, it's gonna be trash. I hope this company is shut down.

The picture of the duvet was beautiful and our granddaughter was excited to receive it. Item ordered was a Unicorn Sky Duvet Cover Set. My receipt said $116 but PayPal charge was $125. The duvet was very cheap, disappointmenting, and not worth half what was paid. The shipping took well over two weeks to arrive from China. My fault for not checking these reviews earlier. It is not a place I would recommend buying from.

11/13/2025 I just received my so called quilt. This is not a quilt. All it is is a piece of material with stitching on it. Do NOT purchase from this company. It is just a printed piece of material. It is definately not a quilt. Scam, scam, scam!!!!

$114 later I have not received my product. I’m still waiting. They will not reply to my emails. This is a total scam. How do people get away with with this? They need to be shut down how can they just rip people off? it’ll come back around

As other reviewers have said, the product received that was advertised as a "quilt" was just a thin, undersized piece of printed fabric with some stitching to simulate a quilted look. Cozzy Homes website misrepresents the product and they provide no reasonable remedy. They won't accept returns, won't refund, will only "replace" if you provide convincing photographic proof that the wrong item was sent. Give this company a HARD PASS.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy here!!!! If I could give a Zero I would. No texture, you can see clearly through the fabric. It cheapens everything around it. Beware,Stay clear of this if you’re looking for quality.
