Can I give it less than one star???
Can I give it less than one star??? My husband ordered a "quilt" from an online store - Cozzy Homes. The blanket was shown on the site to be an actual quilt -- with pieces of material sewn together. There is even a picture of older women working at sewing machines, giving the impression of a hand-made, authentic quilt. The reviews are all 5 stars. I suspect no negative reviews are published. The item we actually received (well after Christmas due date) was NOT a hand-made quilt. It is a flimsy, cheap material with a printed image of the item that is shown online (shown with individual quilted pieces). The stitching goes all over the blanket to hold it to the backing. Again, not an actual quilt that is shown/described. Certainly, it is NOT what is shown as the item for sale. My husband did contact the company for a refund, but they would only provide a 25% refund of the full purchase price. This is not acceptable to me as the item is not what is shown and is, quite frankly, a deceptive practice. I am seeking a full refund. I will happily return the item as it is very poor quality junk. Check out their website to see the deception! The website description states these are "Handcrafted Quilts."
