Curtains look great & fit perfectly. Shipping is pretty fast for custom curtains. Was a few rings short and emailed and they are sending right away.

From start to finish, this was a flawless experience. I was a bit nervous about ordering custom sizes online, but their customer service team guided me through the measuring process and answered all my questions with so much patience. The final product is stunning. The fabric feels luxurious, the stitching is impeccable, and they fit my windows perfectly. It has completely transformed my room. If you're on the fence about ordering from them, just do it. You won't regret it!

Excellent pre-purchase consultation. Arrived quickly. Amazing quality for the price. The drapes were perfectly sized and achieve the effect we were going for. Very happy.

A great experience! Ordered samples first then had 2 appointments with a specialist/consultant. Just hung them up and they look amazing. Quality drapes. Definitely looks like adults live here. Very pleased with the whole experience. Silk Chic in Woven Whisper Double Pleats Pleat Position: Pinch Pleat (Middle) Riley rod in gold with gold rings

So happy with the finished product! I was looking for a cost effective way for drapes in a vacation rental. From the consultation to finished product I was extremely happy and honestly surprised at the great quality! I definitely recommend! I think the only intimidating side was the measuring etc. the consultant held my hand. (Mind you I was working around a valance and panels that were already in place and not a “clean” slate.)Even my husband was impressed with the quality of the drapes.

From start to finish this was a great experience. We first ordered some fabric samples which really helped us pinpoint the exact color we needed for the space. Cozyology provided ample support with regard to measuring properly for the window space. We placed the order and LOVE the drapes. They are the perfect color and weight. The craftsmanship is wonderful and we love the pleats. The entire finished look is exactly what we were going for in this space. We love our bedroom and look forward to ordering additional drapes in the future for some other rooms. Highly recommend. Service & support TOP NOTCH.

The consultation team (Ana) is fantastic. She helped us to pick the right products for our spaces and the quality of materials is exceptional. Also, Olivia, from the Customer Support team goes above and beyond to make sure our experience was superior.
