Ordered a boneless couch in July and it said it was delivered and they have done nothing to resolve this issue and now it’s almost the end of September. Such a scam. Wouldn’t even clarify who delivers for them. And wouldn’t issue me a refund.

It’s a scam do not order with these people. I’m about to put a bank request in to get my money back. It’s September 23 and they’re talking about my building was blocked delivery attempt scheduled tomorrow. There’s no gate.

I would give it totally zero stars everyone in here that has said the same thing as me. They act like they’re vehicle broke down, or the address can’t be found or address is found, but it’s the wrong city. It was just all this runaround and then so sorry we’re gonna get your order and never received it. It’s been months months so buyer beware. I should’ve did my research I should’ve known that cloud sofa for $20 is a scam and luckily I had caught because after I made my purchase I realize that they were trying to like add purchases from different company ranges from $15 to $500. I hurried up and canceled that card and I got a refund of my money back but yeah just please do your research. Do not buy from this company. They are nothing but a headache.

I never received anything except a bunch of BS lies. Supposedly “James” was requesting my order to be re-delivered. After lies and scams I made several requests to have my money refunded. No response. So I am now in the process of disputing the charge with my bank. If enough of us do the same. The FDIC will eventually investigate these scammers and shut them down. Possibly even prosecute them for fraud. Let’s get it.

This needs to have a zero star otion as this is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Just like others, I waited months looking at false tracking reports. I got one answer from customer service that included dead links. I have emailed them over 10 times, but no response. The link to the reviews on my phone leads me to 4 &5 star reviews. It wasn't until I looked it up on my laptop that I saw the 1 star. SCAM! Keep your money, and they need to give me mine back!

I never got my round chair. They acted as if the were working to find out what happened but it was a scam. The delivery suppose person said they tried to deliver but no answer. Well I and all my neighbors have door camera's and not one of us see the delivery being attempted. Then they keep your money because they are a scam
