They took my money and never delivered anything to me and sent a bunch of emails stating that it was returned and re redistributed to there was a road closure because of an event which is untrue and then I can get my money back until they do there fake investigation and had the nerve to send me an email stating it was delivered!

DO NOT BUY That 1 star is so that I can express my frustrations. Yes it is a SCAM and they got me for $40. Every penny makes me want to quit my job and dedicate all my time into hacking / robbing etc. these absolute pieces of vile that are stealing from the vulnerable. That’s all. I made a purchase in June and have gotten all the scammy alerts that they attempted and didn’t have the right code, address, vehicle breakdown, route blocked, wrong depot, etc. 🖕

I haven't received my orders and I feel it is a scam. everytime I look at my order it will say is it in route or it has re-routed. Please close Cozyahome. I've send a message to the headquarters explaining their scamming . This name needs to be on social media so they can see the scamming error

Ordered in June 28th. Never received order along with fake tracking and delivery information. Continued repetitive chat with the same exact words. Never can reach anyone.. A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM..

Kept telling me my package was on the way, then I would get a notification that they couldn't get to my address, or the driver had a break down. Very messy.
