I order June 26th . Still getting tracking saying problem with shipping. Cant find address.. label was damaged. This company is fake and a scam.. stay clear from them. Makes u not want to trust tiktok shop no more.

Like everyone else, I got scammed. Out of $65. I ordered 2 walking pads on what seemed to be a huge sale through tiktok shop that rerouted me to cozyahome.com. I’ve never had an issue with tt shop so I didn’t think anything of it. It was billed from kansas city, MO, but apparently shipped from overseas and took over a month to “clear customs”. Then came messages of delivery attempted, signature needed, truck broke down, label damaged, etc. When I told support I had cameras and someone was home every day they deflected. Then I noticed every support person had a different name but spoke the same and offered the same exact excuses in order. I can’t believe I actually got scammed by an AI run site.

This company is full of sugar, honey iced tea and if you know what that means, you know, they are full of BS as well as sugar honey iced tea. I placed an order on July 1 only not to get a tracking number for them to attempt so they say to deliver my package on the 27th and someway somehow the truck broke down so I had to wait another day or so mind you stayed at home all day the 27th and nobody ever never showed up to my house. Let alone have the ring and a lightbulb camera so I can see if anybody approaches and we all know if you ring the ring doorbell what goes on we can see as well as talk with them. That’s a lie for them to put open up a case so they study saying they opening up a case they opening up a case and for their merchant to never get back with me open up a can of whoop ASQ is what I’m saying we all need to do because that’s my money y’all are playing with secondly, on the 29th mind you I set my ASQ at home again all day from work to wait for a said package for it to never show up shut my door at 9:30 PM for me to get an email at 9:35 to say they attempt to deliver for the second time and they didn’t have no gate access code. I live in the freaking country. Don’t need no Gay access code drop off the packagepull UC 801 and that’s all I’m getting lie after lie after lie after lie OK so y’all lie y’all scam y’all play me that y’all did will run me back my MF and money and send out the so-called said green round boneless sofa chair with the two free throw pillows boy if I can find out who is running behind the scam I will slap the shit out of an excuse my French for all the readers, but that’s how pissed off I am about my money and said president wanna play games with sad people in our country but don’t not want to go over there and do anything with those people that’s running scams behind the camera the computer the F

I’m having the same issues as everyone else. Access code, vehicle breakdown, backed up in customs. I actually did chat with a real human this morning and all he had was excuses and promises I’ll receive the couch. Scammers!

Didn't receive package,needed codes to enter building I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH! Bought a sofa on TikTok June 28, is now July 30. Have been getting tracking update which are bogus. I have a FedEx account, they have never received my order which this company claims they can’t find my address and other excuses. I got my money refunded thank God. Contacted company they email, get an automated response from ‘James’ that they got my order. Can’t speak to anyone. TikTok won’t help but they let scam company promote on their platform. Pathetic.

They delivered my couch to a wrong address. Then when I tried to get a refund the person told me to go on their website. Hmmmm there is no website available

SCAM!! Do not buy this! I never received the item bought. Very upset. I would not have even given it one star but then I couldn’t write this review. BUYER BEWARE!!!
