Withholds contractor payments violating its own stated policy
Coyle doesn't pay on time and doesn’t follow its own pay policy consistently. Its pay policy states that payment will be disbursed in the last week of the month following the month in which an evaluation was completed (conducted, reviewed, and approved). However, Coyle has delayed disbursing payment by over a week multiple times in last six months. Coyle has zero tolerance towards contractors missing deadlines and punishes contractors for delayed submission of assignment by even a couple of hours, however, Coyle has zero compunction in violating its own pay policy. When multiple contractors reached out to Coyle about delays in payment, there is radio silence for several days. The excuse offered after several days was there is a large file of processing payments through PayPal, therefore it may take several days. Ridiculous company which makes contractors wait up to 59 day for receiving reimbursement and compensations under normal circumstances as per its payment policy; and then makes contractors wait even beyond that in violation of its payment policy.
