At first, the first headphones I bought came in the mail broken. But I think they broke from the shipping and not the company. So the company sent me a new pair and they came in perfectly! Thank you Cowen for being an amazing company and great customer service 👏 ❤

Ordered some holiday gifts for my kids and the Cowin site was super easy to navigate. Unfortunately there was a mixup with shipping, but the customer service was excellent. Also super easy to use, the employees were attentive and so helpful. They resolved the small issue without delay and our gifts arrived in plenty of time. Would recommend this company to everyone! We also used the company directly instead of working through Amazon and a so glad we did. Very satisfied customer!

I ordered a pair of wireless headphones as my husband's Christmas gift. Cowin's website was very easy to navigate around, and the product arrived quickly. Most surprising of all, though, was a thank you email that I received after completing my purchase. Not the usual email confirming the order, but a separate email thanking me for supporting a small business. Very nice!

Their customer service is extremely fast an efficient. They will help you out no matter what so long as you provide them your order number and proof of purchase.
