I ordered on 5/12/23 - I have emailed 3 times, phoned all the numbers and no response- still not received item on 8/1/24. Do not buy from this company.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought E8 headphones from Cowin Audio in March of 2023. They promised a two a two year warranty extension. After the first two months the headphones stopped charging. Since then I have been trying to get my headphones covered under warranty. I made every attempt to contact them. Here it is 12/24/23 and I have not heard or seen any response from them. Buyer be beware! Now I see Cowin Audio advertising on the TV. I am very frustrated.

Noise cancelling had a high pitch with low volume clicking every second. Reached out to customer service. They never replied to my emails. They never answer the phone. I lost 49 dollars on this purchase. Save the hassle and never buy from Cowin or anything advertised as E7

What happened to this company. I have ordered in the past from them and products and service were decent. Not so much now . I ordered product 09/03/2023 and I got confirmation but no delivery . I have tried on multiple occasions to call and email this company with no reply or results. DO NOT ORDER FROM COWIN!!!! It seems they are on the way out.

Honestly, I’ve ordered like a week ago, still haven’t got my E9s FROM PRIORITY DELIVERY, I wish I would’ve gotten them sooner, I feel like they could be a great company if they would respond to their customers. And the 24 - 48 wait for the shipping or any notices never happens. I just hope I get the E9s soon 🙏. Maybe if I get them , I’ll leave a great review on the headphones themselves, but for now ima just hope I get them soon. As of November 16, I will soon file a dispute for my order if I don’t get my headphones or at least a shipping update by today. I’m very disappointed that I fell for this company’s games.

Ordered E7 headphones on 10/12/23 got confirmation email stating they would ship in 24hrs. One week later no contact. I have sent multiple emails and gotten no response. Tried calling several times and you get a recording that states no company info but ironically it is about an app to stop scammers! Recording then says to hold for representative, phone rings then elevator music. Rings twice more then disconnect. After research there are many consumers with the same story, even on their face book page cowinoffical. I have filed a dispute with CC company.

Headphones tear too easily. Customer service is HORRIBLE. We made multiple attempts to return an item, unused, and NOT ONE response to any of the attempts. Stay away from this company!
