I was told it should be done in 24 hours but guaranteed 48 hours. It took 4 days if you count Christmas day, 3 if you don't.

I would like for you to have transparency regarding charges to insurance. What did you bill to medicare?

Hello, With insurance, we act as a collection service for the laboratory. The amount paid back by Medicare is capped by Medicare and not by the laboratory actually.

UPDATE! Despite the reply you see below, what they said was never done. I was promised a superbill to get a refund from my insurance for the $190 TEST. NEVER GOT ONE and the support line is disconnected. Nobody replied to my email. NEVER GO HERE. I won’t be going again.

The provider who attends everyone to confirm appointment was helpful with helping my child take test. However, my test results never arrived to the Lab and called on the 3rd day. Not sure when and If I will recieve those results.
