The agent was patient informative and receptive to all of my requests, Even some of those that were a bit more unique or detailed. it was a pleasure interacting with him because his diligence and insight help me make a decision that I was most comfortable with. Trustworthy, conscientious, goes the distance even when it gets complicated. I cannot recommend CoverRight enough when you are trying to navigate through Medicare Advantage plans.

Since becoming eligible for Medicare, I have been receiving all sorts of information from various companies which i found overwhelming. Your agent, Tom, called me following a request for information that I had sent in. Having answered a few questions, Tom suggested a couple of popular plans and walked me through every detail. He was courteous and knowledgeable of all products and simplified everything for me. I feel relieved and confident that this plan is exactly right for me. Thank you Tom, Richard and team!! 10 out of 10!

Thomas N. went above and beyond to help me find a Medicare Advantage Plan that was right for me. Never any pressure to chose a plan. All questions answered everything in a timely response.

Thomas was wonderful to work with. He always follows up when he says he will and is very thorough. He was very pleasant and professional and made what could have been an arduous registration experience seem relatively easy and straightforward.

Tom Ness, was very easy to talk to and very helpful, respected my wishes. I asked him not to call me on the phone, only email, until I was ready to make a decision. He respected that wish. When it came time to ask all the questions and signup he was right there to assist. Only regret is that I wish HE would be my representative for my Ins. needs.

From an online search of Medicare Advantage providers I found Richard by chance. He provided my options as side-by-side tables allowing me to compare coverage and cost from basic to cadillac plans. The whole process did not take long, and pleased with the results. I now have better coverage than Medicare alone for a small $15/month additional premium.
