SCAMMERS, support email bounced back
Coverler is a scam or has recently become it. I used the app once. Then I wanted to cancel, used all the emails provided in their help sections to cancel as they advise however the emails bounced back because they don't exist anymore. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from taking anymore payments. PLEASE don't sign up up with them and make them rich. I should have read the previous reviews before signing up. I blindly followed a review on someone's blog thinking it was legitimate.

Coverler is a great program
Coverler is a great program. If you don't like the letter they first generated, you can choose another. I used it to make cover letters and now I am employed. The only thing I would change is I'd like to see an option to cancel right on the app or site rather than have to email. That being said the process was quick when I did send an email.

Total scam
Total scam. I cancelled my subscription and deleted my account online. However, the company did not respond and continued to charge me for there services. Do not use them!

Like everyone else
Like everyone else, I emailed the company the same day I signed up to cancel for a refund and also put an inquiry in through their website and no reply. SCAM! Their site is not what is expected, and it says 24/7 customer service, but there is none.

Beware Scam
As this is the only way to get a refund: Yasna, Coverler has deliberately ignored my emails asking to cancel my subscription and issue me a refund (you have a 7-day policy). I have been charged twice until I had to deactivate my account, as I understand this is a common pattern with this company (classic scam). Please issue a refund: Email attached to account (now canceled): Date purchased: June 11, 2023 If you need more information, you have my email. I also sent you multiple emails so it shouldn't be hard for you to reach out.

Today is July 12th 2023
Today is July 12th 2023, and regrettably I signed up for this service on July 10th, 2023 and like most people who did the same I was not happy with the service. Upon seeing their refund policy (within a 3 day window of signing off)...I sent an email AS INSTRUCTED on their website requesting a refund on the same day I signed up (July 10th). I've sent 3 emails and submitted a contact form on their website but no one has responded even to acknowledge receipt of my email. STAY AWAY from this service...ITS A SCAM.

This "company" is a SCAM.
This "company" is a SCAM. No one has responded back to cancel my account. There is only one option to cancel - send an email. No customer service line, no 'cancel my subscription' option. And this is billed WEEKLY, so with no one responding back in the last 2 weeks means I have now been charged twice now for a service I had presumed I canceled.

Dear Erin, You've signed up to our service on May 9. The payment page has a clear disclaimer text that says it a subscription that is billed weekly. So does the email we send after the sign-up and 1 day before every new weekly charge. As per your May 25 request we have cancelled your subscription so it will auto expire on June 6, will not renew and no new charges will be made to your card. Also we have refunded the latest May 30 charge – back to your card. Sorry our service did not serve you right, but hope the situation is resolved now.
