I gave them a 3 because I did not feel the cover letter function worked very well. The cover letters were not unique to the job description or to my resume. In fact, some of the cover letters were written verbatim as per the job description, as if the position was already offered to me. On the flip side, I gave them a 3 because I sent them an email asking for a refund. They responded within 48 hours and a refund was provided the next day.
