Its been 2 months since I placed my order and the product has still not arrived. According to the first tracking information they gave me it was in New Jersey in Mid-september so it should have arrived in FL by now. When I go online to get assistance they give me an automated system that gives me a different tracking number that says the product is in China. You can't get a real person to actually help you.

I purchased 2 jumpsuits that looked very nice in the photos. The material is horrible, thin and very scratchy. The workmanship is poor. I wrote a note requesting refund and coverfrot asked for photos. They refuse any return or refund even though they fraudulently described their product. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I had read the reviews here before ordering the jumpsuits that kept popping up in my Instagram & FB feeds.This company is a scam, they do not stand by their supposed customer satisfaction guarantee policy. My experience is like those many have described here. tThe jumpers took several weeks to arrive regardless of the expedird shipping promise. The quality was TERRIBLE , & the cut did not match what was shown in the video. The jumper’s wide flowy pant legs were too short & narrow at the ankle, not at all as was shown in the promo, .The company was not helpful at all. The attitude was a that’s what you ordered. No, I ordered what was modeled in the video. I believe their promo videos are stolen from the company that designed the jumper.They made a poor imitation, that is of poor quality all the way around- cut, shape, material binding, does not match the style shown in the vide advpromo. . In sum this is a rip off- a rip off from another designer.& to your pocket. Stay away! Amazon has better quality & the real thing.PLUS Amazon stands by customers & truly guarantee customer satisfaction policies.

Similar to others, I ordered two jumpsuits off this website. They are cheap and fit poorly. Despite adhering to their website policy for returns I was told they would not accept returns and I should give them away. It was also difficult to communicate with them and their responses were unacceptable.

I purchased 2 items, and advert said returns were allowed. Yes, I have contacted the company 8x to request a return label. Each time I get an email that directs me to a link that gives me the run around. It's now been 7 wks since I ordered. The jumpsuits don't fit well and are very cheap fabric.

This company sells bogus items. They claim they are American made but they are Made in China. The receipt they provide does not match what they charge your credit card and the never refund the overcharged amount. When you contact them the minute, the fake item arrives to tell them you want to return it and you asked what the process is to return and get a refund. They never respond to you day after day if trying this for a week. They still have not responded to me. Their Customer Service System never responds back. They claim to have a 100 % No Risk Money Guarantee but that is also not true. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company unless you want to be ripped off!
