I had the same experience as other reviewers. I ordered a jumpsuit. I'm a classic medium size and ordered as such. It came up very snug indeed and I wanted to return it. Emailed them and they won't honour the return. They'll pay me 3 or 6 USD. I quoted their 90 day no quibble returns policy to them (actually sent a screenshot of it on their website) and they said it wasn't company policy to give returns as there was nothing wrong with the product. I asked where their T&Cs were on their website as they were acting illegally by not honouring their guarantee. They're now not responding at all. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.

I ordered 5 jumpsuits in two sizes to try, because I didn't know if the large or medium would fit best. The return policy says "100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee" and "We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station." I contacted them the day I received them because I couldn't even get the large over my hips. They run small! I cannot get the company to provide me a return address. The number is disconnected, so you can only email. The email responses are ridiculous. Stating they'll give me $8 back or $3 back and I can keep them. I paid over $150 for these and don't want to keep something I can't use. I was also told because they are of superior quality, I could keep them and give them away. I'm so frustrated. I'm guessing next they'll tell me I'm past the 14-day period they allow returns and they will string me along until then. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I’d like to give it 0 stars. The size chart was not accurate by at least 2 sizes and I have been told that exchanges and returns are too expensive, that I should just order a different size. The return policy said that I have 30 days but they are not honoring that. I am unsure of the exact date of the order but have used June 5 as that’s about when the item arrived.
