After comparing between other money transfer tube and Covercy I found that Coversy is the most efficient and money saver service out thare, the only drawback is the customer service which I think should be much more available and informative especially on first time transferring of large money amount.

Great idea but my money did take quite a bit longer to arrive than covercy initially said it would. Because there is no way to communicate with customer service outside of emails which were not always replied to, the process was a bit frustrating because all of the information we needed to supply was not stated up front. I really appreciate that the service exists but covercy's website and service needs to be more customer friendly. Thanks!

A great way to transfer money abroad without paying too high fees. The screens were mostly intuitive and had explanations but could have had a few more here and there. E.g. explaining more about the different ID options for private/business, and preferable in "every-day" English.
