The staff did not inform me about the additional documents that they needed untill i called. I sent what was told and waited again. And again there was some doc. They needed and nobody informed me until i called again. Eventually it took twice time... Set and relax was not enough....i had to check out every step of the transaction. But the idea is good next time will know better what is needed and check everything immidiatly by phone...
