Hello Christopher, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the report did not include the warrant information you were specifically searching for. While our system gathers data from a wide range of available sources, there may unfortunately be instances where certain records, including out-of-state warrant information, are unavailable or not fully reported within our database at the time of the search. We also appreciate your comments regarding our pricing and subscription terms. We understand the importance of clear and transparent billing information, and your feedback will be shared with our team as we continuously work to improve the customer experience and make our terms easier to understand. Nonetheless, we have issued a refund of $1.99. Please expect the funds to reflect in 3 to 5 business days. We regret that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. Sincerely, Thamya Voice of Customer Specialist www.courtcasefinder.com +1 833-922-2315

Hello Anthonu, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced while using our service. Kindlyt note that we offer free reports through a 7-day trial, as clearly stated on our checkout page. It explains that the trial will automatically convert to a $24.99 monthly subscription unless canceled. Customers must also check a box confirming they’ve read and agreed to our Terms and Billing Policy before completing the order. We also regret that the platform did not return the court case information you were searching for. Please be advised that our information is compiled from publicly available sources, including courthouses, white pages, vital records, and social networks. While we strive for the highest level of accuracy, variations in public records may result in occasional discrepancies. After reviewing your account, we can confirm that your refund has already been processed by one of our support agents. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address this matter. Sincerely, Thamya Voice of Customer Specialist www.courtcasefinder.com +1 833-922-2315
