Can't get my certificate after completing the course
Response from CoursharkApr 4, 2026

Dale S.
I was disappointed that the page content was sloppy in a few sections. A couple of quizzes had the wrong answers recorded which was frustrating. The real kick in the knackers came when I tried different browsers and was unable to print the certificate of completion. Emails to the company requesting a copy of the certificate went unanswered.

We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced — sloppy content, incorrect quiz answers, and difficulties printing your certificate are all things we take very seriously and are not the standard we hold ourselves to. Please reach out to our support team directly at [email protected] and we'll prioritize resolving your certificate issue and addressing the course content concerns as quickly as possible.
