How to build your own AI support environment
The course is well structured and gives great base for freelancer AI setup. There were some hiccups with subscription during the course, but the support team solved it within hours. Therefore no delays in course tempo. I can recommend this course to all who want to get a structured overview and deeper insight of leading AI tools to build their AI support environment.

I was able to do my lessons at my most convenient time. The lectures were easy to grasp despite the fact that l was a new learner in AI. I however faced some difficulties in logging but l would like to recommend the team for timeously solving my issue. I'm now in possession of my certificate.

Good platform, just needs faster updates
I’ve been using Courshark.ai for a bit and overall it’s been a good experience. The roadmap looks really promising, so it kinda makes me want to stick around and see where it goes. The only issueaskk for me rn is the speed of updates. I’m almost done with the AI Mastery course and feels like I’ll run out of content soon. Support was great tho, had a payment issue and they replied super fast.

Thank you for the honest feedback, vladish! We're really glad to hear you've had a good overall experience and that the roadmap has you excited. We completely understand the eagerness for more content — we're actively working on expanding the AI Mastery course and have more updates in the pipeline. We'll make sure to keep you posted! And great to hear our support team came through quickly on the payment issue. Stay tuned for what's coming next! 🚀

I had a technical problem with the course; advancing through the course, the section I was to advance to wouldn't load, and I sought a solution from the company. After the initial reply and acknowledgement of my problem, I was told they would get back to me. After a week of hearing nothing, I chucked it out and found an alternative platform.
Response from CoursharkMar 27, 2026
Hi Susan, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear about the technical issue you encountered and, more importantly, that our follow-up fell short. You deserved a timely resolution, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to wait without hearing back. This is not the standard of support we aim to provide. If you're open to it, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to make things right. We hope to have the chance to restore your confidence in Courshark.
