I came over from Kajabi because I was looking for a software to integrate email, SMS, FB/IG, leads/funnels and automation all in one place. They have everything and their support staff is excellent. I've had a few small issues with some global settings for their website builder but I was able to find some work-arounds. All in all very satisfied with their platform and their support. Would highly recommend!!

I have emailed this company multiple times to cancel my account over the course of 2 months. They will not respond to my emails and continue to bill my cc. Shady business practices.

Hey Johnathan, VERY disappointed to hear this. This should have never happened. The biggest reason this happens is customers try to reply to our "no reply" emails (system emails) thinking those are going to our team. If you email us at "[email protected]" our average response time to any email in there is less than 12 hours. Alternatively, the main way to cancel is within your software portal itself. You have FULL control over when you cancel in there. Please let me know where you were sending emails and from which email you sent it from? Hate seeing reviews like this for a very avoidable issue. thanks!

CC360 is nothing short of AMAZING. The software and all the resources set you up for success. The responsiveness of the team is second to none. I am so glad that I made the move to CC360. They do not settle with success already achieved. They are constantly looking for ways to improve an already amazing experience.
