All I Can Say Is WOW!!! I just got off my onboarding call and Tony hooked it up. He did my account and another business owners account at the same time but kept it fun, and didn't mix up a single thing. All the technical aspects are set up and now I can just create... so grateful for Course Creator 360 and Tony!!!

First: their customer service is horrible... multiple emails with no answer. they promise to fix an issue and don't follow through. Second:This is a go high level white label which they don't disclose from the start. Your account is a sub account of their go high level. So anything you create is not yours. The customer service is email and not helpful at all. Very disappointed . Update: this company has costs me thousands of dollars that I paid people to create automations, workflows etc!

Hi Dr. Snowden, we’re transparent that CC360 is a GoHighLevel white-label, purpose-built for course creators. This setup doesn’t change ownership: your content and data are yours, and we can assist with exports/migration. I’m sorry support felt unhelpful. Please reach us via in-app chat or email and reference this review so we can make it right

I've been a member for many years and once again the customer service was extremely fast and helpful. Ray got back to me within hours of my request and identified the solution without even needing much input from me. Super friendly experience that other businesses could learn from :-)

CC360 didn’t just meet my expectations—they blew them out of the water. I’ve tested a lot of platforms, and most promise “all-in-one” solutions but deliver chaos. CC360 is different. Their system is intuitive, organized, and genuinely supports business growth at scale. From the moment I onboarded, I felt like I had a true partner—not just software. The automation features are smooth, the dashboard is beautifully simple, and the support team actually listens (which is rare these days). They helped me create the kind of seamless client experience I’d been chasing for years. If you’re serious about elevating your coaching, consulting, or digital education business, stop juggling five different tools and start with CC360. It’s the smartest move I’ve made in a long time.

Its been just about a week and the entire experience has been fluid, professional, and incredibly supportive. Top to bottom the team helped turn confusion, fear and past judgements with online softwares into clarity, confidence, and direction. Their process made everything so much easier to execute. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how invested they are in helping us get up to speed with the software. They didn’t just give me templates and videos, they actually helped get us up and going.
