Should be able to give 0 stars! I too immediately received thank you texts and emails about my order from Brittany and now 2 weeks have gone by and no product, no response to text messages or emails. Total scam. Do not order from this company! Working with PayPal to file a dispute for money back. Hope others don't get caught in this too :o(

Dreadful. Ordered some lights from a Facebook ad. Swift confirmation of order, ‘assigned customer service’ rep called Brittany who sends a text, and an email too. Brittany doesn’t exist. The text number doesn’t work, and they do not answer customer service emails. Took £106 of my money on October 27th, gone dark since. Plenty of other people in the same boat going by FB posts. Absolute scam. Will be reversing the charge as I thankfully bought with my Amex.

Utter Joke. Immediate response to your order then nothing apart from confirmation that they have taken your money. Several weeks and no contact apart from an automated response to my questions. Thankfully I paid via Paypal so have raised a dispute.
