We booked the hotel in San Carlos CA through booking.com from Europe for afew nights. Trying to converse with the hotel was really very basic which was a worry, especially when we missed our flight due to covid problems with changes in protocol. It was impossible to deal with the reception, they instantly referred us to booking.com, fine with me but concerning they couldn't deal. The hotel turned out to be a huge disappointment on all fronts whereas the "reviews" were very good(!?!?!) stating property had been updated and staff excellent....both ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!!! This establishment is extremely rundown and outdated to the point of being a film set for a horror movie and the staff is very wide eyed with fear and nothing else...After afew days after departure we found out we had been charged TWICE for our room, instead of once and a refund of the deposit. We are now in the middle of a huge discussion about this which makes me even more angry! What the he...This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

We booked a room through Priceline and was told Priceline overbooked it and they had no rooms available. Shame on Priceline but the clerk wasn't helpful and even tried to move us along while we were trying to find another hotel.

I stayed at the country inn in commerce GA. I booked through priceline and payed online. The hotel was alright cheaply renovated too quickly. Painted sloppy. The ac unit leaked and ruined an entire bag of garments. The staff didnt even apologize and was visibly annoyed with having to deal with my complaints. Prior to this incident the clerk who checked us in legit called me a liar when i told her i already paid for my room online and refused to even look at my cell phone to see the proof, but once my boyfriend came and talked to her she was as nice as shr could be and just like that found my reservation and booked us in. I would rather sleep under a bridge than ever stay at that place again. And i will never let any of my friends or family stay there either

I enjoyed my stay at Country Inn and Suites of Rapid City, SD on Lacrosse St. My room was very well organized and neat, the house keeper named Charlotte did an awesome job on cleaning the room. She was very professional, courteous and her services were well recommended. Thank you Country Inn and Suites employees, I would recommend you to everyone.
