As reported today to the FTC:
This "hospitality exchange service" runs a scam that is widely reported on TrustPilot. Their M.O. is as follows: they ask for banking details for verification purposes, and then charge $60. In my case it was on Feb 13th. I immediately asked customer support for a refund. First they put the blame on the client (you should have known). Second they they tell the client a refund has been issued, but in fact it hasn't. Third they tell the client, "since we haven't heard back from you, we assume this ticket is resolved and closed the ticket." I finally got a refund, but thru paypal remediation on Feb 27th. Also, they yearly subscription of +$14 is recurring, I found out only after the fact.
