Update #4 What an outrageous accusation. I never asked for credit or return in exchange to take down my review. I posted my honest experience. I have never even posted a review for a product purchase before. Can't believe a good company would have such an employee that would publicly insult a new customer like this. Bad company, be careful doing business with them. They must have had some bad dealings with other customers in the past that they would stoop so low. I would never ever sell my review out and accept any offer to retract the truth. Period. Shame on Cottonmill. Update #3, Refund was finally processed after several email exchanges, and they don't provide any phone number for personal conversation. Cottonmill was not willing to apply a credit for return expenses towards purchase of replacement items, which makes it too difficult to try to find the correct size via online mail order. They never responded to my detailed question about size differences in a different style cotton sweatpants that we wanted to try for a replacement. We think the pants seemed to be of very good quality, and would order again if we knew the return and replacement process worked more smoothly. I think this is a good product, just better for those who already know what size is the right size, or if you're not in between sizes. If it's going to cost $17 or $20 just to try the sizes, they should apply a discount to replacement pants. This is exactly why people end up using Amazon for free returns when buying clothing from a new company they aren't familiar with. Tried hard to make this work, but their sales rep was not conducive to new customer business. Update #2, I received an email saying a refund was processed for $68.00, but no details on which order. I am due a refund for two pairs of pants at $68.00 each. I requested a response confirming that i will be refunded for both pants i paid to have returned. i took screenshots of correct paper documentation attached to products in box, listing order and payment details, etc. as requested. At this point i would not order anything again from this company, although their clothing seemed good, but not the right fit, and their return policy and communication is lacking. Update #1, sent detailed request for more measurement info to get the correct size, never heard back. Both pairs of pants returned to and received by Cottonmill. Package didn't arrive timely, both didnt fit, and i had to spend $17.00 to ship them back USPS. Other carriers were even way more expensive. I will not be ordering any replacement, not worth the cost of return shipping if the size isn't right. Amazon has free returns, will use them.

Unfortunately FedEx delivered my pullover to the wrong address, but it all got sorted out. The quality is great and I think it's going to make a great family X-mas gift.

The package came much quicker than expected and since it is a Christmas present it is always nice to have things early. It is for my husband so I can't comment on how he likes it until after Chirstmas but I have called them his "uniform shirts" for years although this one seems more like a sweatshirt. The others were purchased from the Cotton Mill when it was in Oregon.

I regret not buying more. My skin has been extra sensitive with pregnancy eczema and these loose undyed organic cotton clothes is all my body can tolerate. I love them so much I’m considering switching out all my synthetic fabrics for CottonMill.

The package arrived in two days to Washington state. Really amazing!
