Very, very unhappy with the return process! Not only did I have to specify several times that I wanted a refund, not an exchange, but I also had to PAY for the return. Will not be ordering from this company ever again.

I have a 40' waist so I ordered xl sweat pants which is what their size chart recommended, they were too small so I returned them for xxl. The xxl were the same size or smaller so I had to return them too.

I have ordered 4 times this year and returned 4 times. The size descriptions are completely off and confusing due to too different sizes having the same measuerments so you have to guess which one to order. Customer service dosen't work- no phone number and they never got back go me with online question.

I've sent four messages overall. The first three weren't answered. The last message sent was answered, incompletely. I need to change the size and was told there are no exchanges. I have to return and then reorder. What about the discount I received on the purchase. There's no customer service number which would have made this much easier. Perhaps, if they responded to my original message, I would have gotten the right size.

Way overpriced and not made in USA. Carhart is a lot higher quality and half the price. They say Zipper on left side for global market???? LOL Good luck selling Canadian cotton in New Zealand for that price. I expected a really high quality heavy cotton jacket for 80 bucks. I got Canadian burlap sold from a garage in Pennsylvania................And to your reply. I purchased 2 heavy Flame retardant Carhart full zip hooded sweatshirts for the oilfield and paid less for each than I paid for your jacket. Dont B.S someone who has not had the cottonmill wool pulled over their eyes. Try again to explain your cheap overpriced rag???

Poorly made. Waist runs small. Cotton is thinner for the price. Way too long.

Trying to return one of the shirts, which I sent back immediately (and unopened -- one of the return requirements was that it be in the original packaging) has been an incredible hassle. There also was no packing slip with my purchase for the information needed for the return. I had to go online to get the return form to fill out with information which I needed the packing slip for-- assuming that I even had a functioning printer. I've never had such a difficult time with a return for any kind of purchase in all my life. Bonnie

Quality in one blouse - very bad - fabric quality bad and it was very "short". Apparently "saving" fabric. The other blouse, well made, but very "off" in sizing.
