Item arrived ahead of schedule which was great. But it was the wrong item, which was not so great. Easy to return though.

The sweatpants are a good thickness and are well constructed. But I take issue with other reviewers who said they’re “generously” cut. I fit all my other XXLpants but these are very tight. Had I not been in a personal situation that precluded me I would have returned them.

I like the quality of their clothing, but I don't like the waistband. I think you could improve on marketing because this feels like a hole in the wall store(which it probably is). Also more diversity in your products please. You brag about your quality when you only sell t shirts and sweatpants and 2 other things.

Pocket stitching is very rough which scrapes on the back of your hands, seams are rough, hard to believe this is all cotton. Would be nice if it soft cotton, these are like a pair a jeans without the denim.

The items I ordered were absolutely huge! I believe that your method of sizing should be looked at. I decided not to reorder and instead get a refund, mainly because of shipping costs and the size of the items,as I was left not sure what size to order.

Great quality, made in the USA. My most recent order had an item that was improperly labeled, therefore too small. Still waiting for a reply to my email about it.

I have ordered this particular top several times before in a size large in either white or pale blue. The top I received this time was not the same as I have received before. The color is a much brighter blue and the fabric is not as soft and stretchy as in the previous tops. But my biggest complaint and the reason for my rating is that the top now runs a full size smaller than it did before. I might exchange it for an extra large; however, I ordered an extra large in the past when I couldn’t get the top in a large and it was much too big. Cotton Mill products usually are very consistent in sizing and quality so I am very disappointed in this.

The service was fast, but I am disappointed to have the blouses I ordered, arrive all scrunched up in an air-tight plastic 7” x 11”. To arrive without being all wrinkled would necessarily mean that they would be folded and arranged neatly in a mailing box. That’s how this order should have been handled.
