Very professional, most notably they were honest and trustworthy in their assessment. Courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Cottman of Manassas. Ask for Lenard (store manager).

The gentleman that checked my car out was amazing. He explained everything that he was doing and then broke everything down to me so I could see what was going on with my transmission. My car is a little older so I'll come out better trading it in however if I ever need transmission work in the future (hopefully I won't) this is the place I will take my vehicle to!
Response from Cottman of ManassasAug 22, 2017
Hi Thersa, while we're sorry we couldn't do more for your older vehicle, it's great to read you found value in our advice, and that we earned your future business! Thank you so much for giving us that chance, and thanks for your amazing feedback. Gratefully, Cottman of Manassas

This is the second time I've dealt with the Cottman crew and all I can say is thank you Dr. Leonard for service.. First a transfer case on my 2006 STS AWD Cadillac that GM couldn't even quote a price on,second a starter on the same vehicle.. Excellent work guys..5 star in my book, they deliver what they promise, a throw back to when a companies word meant everything. Thanks again .. Jim Phillips
