Went in because this was the closest atra (40 miles)and transmission is still under rebuilt warranty and Im out of town. My truck was having problems shifting and was leaking transmission fluid. They told me my transfer case was not working and would need to be fixed. After leaving there I pull over lock my hubs in and surprise 4 wheel drive. But my transmission is still leaking and shifting hard. Lost half a day and got nothing done to my truck but they wanted me to come back in a week to check the leak and look at the transfer case that works.

It took them 6 days to look at my car, run tests and diagnose it (incorrectly btw) Then the manager calls me and says they are unfit to fix it. He stated “ ive been off and idk why they took on your vehicle in the first place”. The wholetime they had my car ive been paying for a rental. Im dealing with an extended warranty company so i had to get my vehicle towed to another shop that took ONLY 4 hours to call me back with test results and the repair was underway SAME DAY! I am really sorry but my experience was totally unacceptable and I had to face against very rude and unreasonable conduct with the person who claimed to be the owner of the business. I left my truck with them for transmission trouble and the following day they have inspected my truck and call and told me that I would need my transmission to be rebuilt. We agreed on the price and I gave them %50 deposit. I was also suggested that my transmission cooler to be replaced. I accepted that suggestion and have given them more business such as my oil and filter change and emission and inspection done for my truck as well. A week later they called me and said my truck was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my truck, I've noticed that my service engine light and abs lights were both on my dashboard during my test drive. They were not on when I left my truck and they had never told me or mention anything about the lights were being on until the day I went to the shop for pick up my truck. I was trying to explain how unacceptable this situation was but all I had in return was very rude conduct and treatment in front of my two daughters. They were both terrified and were crying. Unfortunately, I end up paying for extra parts and labor charges for the additional damages which were not there and I did not have them before but I only received a discount on half off for labor charges. Make sure take a video shots before dropping your car there so you don't have to go through what I have been through. Or be ready to pay for more at the end.
