These guys saved me on many levels. They saved me money. They saved me time. And they did both with professionalism and care. They diagnosed my car's problem, and then discovered that the issue was the result of a previous accident. They suggested that the issue should have been fixed during my initial repair. So, on their own, they contacted my insurance agent, and, much to my surprise, were able to get the insurance company to include this repair as part of my initial claim. Greg, the service representative, is smart, very easy to speak with, and got the job done. Thank you!

I would highly recommend cottman. I was expecting them to have my jeep for a couple of days, but they fixed my issue in six hours. Honest and very professional folks.

Cottman is customer service plus! After waiting for nearly two weeks for a simple brake pad replacement front & rear, and front hood lift-shocks for my Mercedes SUV, I finally had enough of the excuse laden repair shop I had been using, who specializes in German auto repairs. I called Cottman almost as a lark, assuming if they could repair transmissions, they might have someone on staff that knew what they were doing. I called them end of day on Thursday and by 10am on Friday the needed work was completed. Cottman used OEM quality brake pads with sensors, and OEM quality hood-lift shocks. Before the work began, they showed me the worn pads while on the SUV. They checked computer codes, cleared two that may not have been cleared by the previous shop. Made one suggestion for a future repair, and showed me the problem, which was not serious, but will need to be repaired in the near term. Cottman made it clear, they appreciated my business, and I left their facility confident that the work completed, was done to the highest standards, and at a price that our local Mercedes dealership would faint over. Will I use Cottman again? Without hesitation.
