Outstanding service and great price!! Everything they said they would do they did as promised. Couldn’t be happier!! I am definitely going back for anything on my vehicle.

I have 99 f350 and the transmission went out I was struggling because I’m not used to taking my vehicles to be worked on but this was above my skill set my wife actually found cottman for me online. I contacted them on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Greg it was the best customer service I had ever experienced he was patient with me answered every question I had knowing I was probably asking some stupid questions but like I said I know nothing about transmissions and I’m not scared to admit it! They came and picked the truck up for me that afternoon and I had the truck back Friday back afternoon through out the week we were in touch and Greg informed me of everything that was going on I can’t say enough about the professionalism of their business!! I have never wrote a review for anyone but Greg and the people of cottman made a stressful situation for me very easy and hassle free I can’t thank them enough I never got the chance to meet the technician that worked on my truck but I would like to thank him for his great work I also work in automotive and I know it can be a thankless job. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!!! Again thank you to Greg and the cottman team you all are awesome!!

I’m always cautious when I drop my cars off to be worked on because I am not a car person. I usually ask a lot of questions and after standing in line listening to Greg speak to another client on the phone about their car, I felt relieved that this person is not going to nickel and dime me. I dropped my car off expecting the worst (busted transmission- Google diagnosed) but it was just my catalytic converters. My car must have been slowly declining because I never felt a change, now it seems better than when I first bought it. Greg was able to give me somewhat of a quote before I even dropped my car off, which helped me move money around before the weekend. I dropped my car off on a Friday so I wasn’t expecting it to be done over the weekend due to ordering part and was told it should be done Wednesday. I honestly didn’t expect them to have it done so quick with the amount of cars in the parking lot and waiting for parts to come in. Best Place in Town!

Great experience

After having the transmission in my 1993 Dodge pickup rebuilt by Cottman of Louisville, I took it back after 10 days for a follow-up check and they were not satisfied with the way it was shifting. They replaced parts until it shifted correctly and I must say that I am very happy with the results. The employees were very courteous and friendly, treating me like family. Thanks again to Cottman.

When we first contacted them we figured out quickly that customer service with detailed communication is their forte. We hoped that the work they would do would be as great as their customer service. We were not disappointed. Our car runs great. Was impressed with the timeliness of the service and the warranty.

I love Cottman of Louisville. I know my car will be serviced or repaired with the highest quality of workmanship which makes me feel safer when driving my car.
