Cottman of Kansas CityReviews of cottmanofkansascity.com

Kevin and the team at Cottman have always done quality, professional work on my vehicles. They are timely and they strive to complete the job with very little down time. I can usually count on getting my vehicle back within a day. The use of the Synchrony Car Care financing also makes the repairs affordable and extremely easy on the budget. In these times of uncertainty, it is good to have certified technicians that you can depend on to get mechanical repairs done right the first time. I wholly recommend their services as I have been a repeat customer for at least 15 years.

Great customer service, excellent work. Highly recommend!

Kevin and his guys are great. Always helpful and pleasent. Act professional and the turn around time for the repair of our truck was great. They understood our situation. We have used them before and will again if needed. Our thanks to all of the guys .

Kevin at Cottman’s on Wornall KCMO is the BEST...he is always so honest and complete in all his work...he’s kind and caring and looks out for the customer best interest and he calls and check after the work has been done to see if everything is okay...thank Kevin

Excellent service and proffessionalism. Kevin is great to work with and honest. He will give you options straight up and upfront. No surprises. They are prompt and will keep you informed along the way. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin is best, very kind and helpful

Cottman did not perform the work needed, but they provided me with what was needed. It was an internal transmission and the work needed to be done at the dealer. I appreciated the help and guidance.

I highly recommend Cottsman to anyone experiencing transmission issues. Kevin was quick to help and had a solution to the issue shortly after dropping off my 2006 Acura TL which was no longer shifting at 180k miles. Only a couple days to rebuild what was bad and I was back on the road. The car never felt better. He kept in constant contact me with throughout the process and even after I drove it home. I know they are a place I can trust and would recommend them to anyone I know that needs their transmission serviced or repaired.
