I had taken my truck to Cottman suspecting that a vibration I was feeling was a transmission problem. They found that actually my driveshaft was very loose and repaired it accordingly. A second problem was my "check engine" light, which had been coming on intermittently for months. Other shops had failed to find the problem but Cottman diagnosed a faulty EGR valve. I replaced that myself and have had no further check engine light illuminations. I was completely impressed with the competence and friendliness of Cottman and will happily refer others.

Have had my family's vehicles serviced by Kevin and his team several times. Correct quote, prompt service, no return trips. Good advice, friendly folks.
